Our Twice-Baked Almond Croissant is made with French butter and laminated to get those beautiful layers. Once baked, it is sliced in the middle to add almond frangipane inside, more almond frangipane on top, and showered with sliced almonds. This is baked again before dusting with powdered sugar. Baked daily to perfection!

This item is sold per piece and comes in a clamshell. If ordering together with other pastries, we will placed all pastries in a bigger box for better packaging and presentation. Optional to add a ribbon and tag for gifting needs.
