1. Do you have a physical store?
Yes, we currently have 2 locations:
3/F One Bonifacio High Street Mall, BGC
4/F East Wing at Estancial Mall, Capitol Commons
2. What are you modes of payment?
In store, we accept cash and GCash transactions. Online, we accept PayPal, BDO bank deposit/online transfer, and GCash transactions.

4. Can I order in advance?
Yes, you may choose your preferred delivery date and time of your cookies. Kindly take note that the chosen delivery time is the time your food package is dispatched from store. During Enhanced Community Quarantine, our kitchen is open for only a few days a week. Thus, we usually follow a schedule with twice a week delivery.
5. Do you deliver?
Yes, we do delivery anywhere within Metro Manila. Delivery fee depends on the destination and may be settled once third party rider arrives at your doorstep.
During Enhanced Community Quarantine, delivery fee within Metro Manila is P95/flat rate per drop off location. With the limited number of third party riders, our team has implemented a multiple drop off scheme. This allows us to maximize each rider’s route and also minimize the delivery fee per customer. Kindly expect your food package to arrive from 11AM-7PM on the day of your chosen delivery date.
All ingredients are processed on the same equipment. While we have strict processes in place to prevent cross contamination, food products may contain milk, eggs, soybean, wheat, dairy, and nuts.
Twenty Four Bakeshop is not responsible for any damage to food items once pick up in our stores. As we work closely with third party delivery riders, our team always set reminders to handle items with utmost care.
Customer must be able to answer text messages or phone calls from Twenty Four Bakeshop team or delivery rider within 15 minutes arrival. If delivery rider waits for 30 minutes or more, customer shall shoulder the additional waiting fee of P50/every 30 minutes. If customer or a representative is not available to receive delivery, a re-delivery fee will be acquired.
For lost items, Twenty Four Bakeshop will be assisting customer in filing a report to the third party delivery company.
Full payment must be settled before order is dispatched from our stores. Online payment methods are as follows: PayPal, BDO bank deposit and online transfer, and GCash Scan to Pay.
Delivery fee settlement can be paid in advance or directly paid to the delivery rider.
During Enhanced Community Quarantine, flat rate delivery fee of P95/drop off within Metro Manila shall be settled together with your order.
Refund and Exchange
Twenty Four Bakeshop does not offer refund or exchange of any food items once picked up in store by customer or delivery rider. Additionally, under no circumstances will Twenty Four Bakeshop provide a refund in excess of the cost of the order. All products are the responsibility of the customer once it leaves the bakeshop’s possession.
All personal information of customers provided will be kept confidential and shared only with the team of Twenty Four Bakeshop who will be handling orders.
Twenty Four Bakeshop reserves the right to photograph customized food items or such and use photos for marketing materials, print or digital. The use of any photographs for display or promotion does not give any compensation to the customer.
