A bulb of roasted garlic, hefty amount of spring onion, and a handful of mozzarella cheese in each buttery brioche based loaf. Each weighs 610-630g.
• Pesto with Sun Dried Tomatoes Loaf
Homemade pesto sauce with basil leaves from our home garden, sliced sun dried tomatoes in olive oil, and a touch of parmesan cheese on top. Each weighs 610-630g.
• Gruyere Ensaymada (By Half Dozen)
Buttery brioche based topped with homemade buttercream, with a touch of bourbon-vanilla, and sprinkled with a strapping amount of freshly grated Gruyere cheese.
All bread are made with King Arthur and French flour. Always baked fresh on the day of pick up/delivery, cut off at 12nn. Walk ins are welcome for extra bakes on the day.
